RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

Adaptive recreational activities provide a great opportunity for individuals with disabilities to stay active, build connections, and achieve new goals. We currently offer basketball leagues in January and February for all abilities and skill levels. Some leagues are competitive, while others are more relaxed, and we also have leagues specifically for younger participants. This ensures everyone can enjoy the game, whether they prefer competition or just having fun.

In the future, we plan to expand our offerings with year-round activities like baseball, soccer, flag football, field hockey, bocce ball, and volleyball.

Staying active is crucial for physical health and overall well-being, especially for children. It helps improve behavior, boost self-confidence, and encourages meaningful social interactions with family, friends, and peers, all while promoting greater independence.
